Outage Reporting
If your power is off:- check your home's breaker panel to make sure the outage isn't due to a tripped breaker
- check with your neighbors to see if their power is off so you can determine if the problem is in your home or on our lines
- Call Four County EMC if the problem is outside your home. We have personnel on call 24/7, 365 days a year. If your neighbors are without power, don't assume they have reported the outage.
Report your outage:
In the event of a loss of power, please report outages to Four County EMC at (888)-368-7289. If the lines are busy, remain patient because there may be thousands of members trying to call in at the same time.
Remember to stay away from downed power lines, note the location and report it to 888-368-7289. Stay away from standing waters with downed power lines in them as water is a conductor of electricity.
